iLEAD Exploration FAQs

How much does iLEAD Exploration give per student?
iLEAD Exploration does not publish current enrichment fund amounts on its own site. Varies by grade, enrollment date and program; not published. A vendor-agreement snippet cites a $300 per-vendor-per-month services cap (unverified). Confirm directly with the school — third-party figures in this space go stale quickly.
How does a program become an approved vendor at iLEAD Exploration?
iLEAD Exploration only begins vendor approval when an enrolled family requests the provider. A program cannot get onto the list by applying cold. The fastest route is finding one or two enrolled families willing to submit a request.
Can iLEAD Exploration funds pay for religious instruction?
No. These are tuition-free public charter schools, so content must be non-sectarian. A divided Ninth Circuit upheld California's exclusion of religious curricula from parent-designed charter independent-study programs in March 2026.
